Freelance UGC Creator

About the Role

We're a digital marketing agency looking for a creative, camera-confident UGC content creator to produce authentic, scroll-stopping Instagram Reels for our client campaigns. You'll be creating native-feeling content that drives real engagement — not overly produced, just real, relatable, and on-brand.

What You'll Do

• Film and deliver short-form video content (Reels) for a variety of client brands and industries
• Follow provided creative briefs while bringing your own personality and creative instincts to each piece
• Submit raw footage and/or edited final cuts depending on the project
• Incorporate feedback and revisions in a timely manner
• Maintain consistent turnaround times and professional communication

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience creating UGC or short-form video content (portfolio or examples required)
• Comfortable on camera with a natural, authentic presence
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels trends, hooks, and formats
• Reliable, self-directed, and able to meet deadlines without hand-holding
• Access to good natural lighting and decent audio quality at minimum
• Video editing skills are a plus but not always required

Compensation

• Paid per video/deliverable
• Rate based on experience and scope — include your rate in your application
